CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Users will always have the option to cancel the requested services and to be refunded those amounts prepaid to fix the reservations.
a)In cancellations received 15 (fifteen) or more days prior to date in which services should start to be given, the establishment refunded all prepaids amounts.
b)Lost of 50% of prepaid amounts, in cancellations received between 7 (seven) to 15 (fifteen) days prior to date in which services should start to be given.
c)Total lost of prepaid amounts, in cancellations received 7 (seven) days or less, prior to date in which services should start to be given.
d)In case of no show on booked date to start receiving the services without a previous communication of cancellation, the prepaid amounts will be totally lost.
