RESERVATION CLAUSES
1.-RESERVATION DATA REMITTANCE
Please check all data in your booking request to be rigth, paying special attention to your e-mail address; We need it to contact you; if there are some wrong details, please fill a new reservation form with the rigth information and send it again.
If you have problems with your e-mail, please give us a contact telephone or fax number to contact you.
2.-ANSWERING TIME
Out of some special occasions, we will answer per e-mail your requests into the next 24 hours after you submited the form, trying always to do it as soon as possible, once checked the availability for requested service.
3.-RESERVATION VALUATION AND DEPOSIT
In case of availability, we will answer you specifying the total cost of the reservation: a prepayment as deposit to fix the reservation and the rest to be paid at departure date.
This deposit should be paid per credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard or Dinners Club).
No reservations will be valid before deposit is paid
In case of mistakes or errors done in the valuation of services in our proposal, these will be always capable of amendment paying the user the rigth price shown in the Web site.
4.-NO SHOW
If your arrival at the hotel is after 20:00 h., you need advise us by phone, e-mail or fax, if not, your reservation was cancelled.
